| Please Read 1. An airbrush tan, like any self-tanning product will not protect your skin from burning in the natural sun or in a UV tanning bed. Please take proper precautions when exposed to UV light. 2. For best results: (A) Exfoliate & shave the night before your airbrush session, and do NOT use any body lotions the day of your session or it will impede the absorption of the spray. (B) Wait at least 6 or more hours after airbrushing before showering, sweating, or getting wet. Chemicals in swimming pools can cause it to wear off faster. Using Pro Long Moisturizer after swimming will reduce fading. When you take your first shower, rinse gently using only your hands, and some of the cosmetic bronzer may wash off but the DHA will have already absorbed giving you a natural looking tan. (C) Maintenance is necessary to the quality and length of the tan and keeping it even. A good moisturizer like Norvell's Pro-Long Tan Extender with DHA should be used daily to keep the tan even and help it last longer. If your skin gets dry you will lose your tan quicker. 3. The initial bronzers in the airbrush tanning solution may rub off on clothing. The bronzers are water-soluble and will wash out of many fabrics, but not all. We recommend you wear loose, older or dark clothing for your session. 4. All the components of the airbrush tanning solution have been safely used in cosmetics and nutritional products for decades and have been proven safe for the skin. If you have had adverse effects utilizing self-tanning products or moisturizers in the past, you may experience similar effects with the airbrush system. Please discuss this with the technician before proceeding. 5. We recommend that you hold your breath during facial spraying. The solution is not considered harmful in the minimal amounts that may be inhaled in a normal spray tanning session. We can provide mouth breathers and nose filters at your request. 6. Please inform your tanning technician of any past allergic reaction to DHA products, fragrances, or other medical concerns. 7. Results of airbrush tanning do vary and that no guarantees of specific results are offered or implied. If you do not exfoliate first then your tan may fade sooner after only a few days. Please follow the preparation steps above for the best results. Every persons skin is different and may have an effect on how long the tan lasts. 8. Safe for Pregnant Women: Sunless sprays do not absorb below the skin into the tissue or bloodstream. They only absorb into the top layer of skin. Our spray solutions consist of a mixture of water, aloe, DHA(sugar that turns your skin brown), Vitamins A, C, E, Provitamin B5, moisturizers, and cosmetic coloring.
